At The Glamping Experience, we specialize in curating unforgettable celebrations with our range of premium event rentals:

UNDER THE STARS EXPERIENCE

The Under The Stars Experience takes place in our spacious bell tent. You have the choice of our Relax Zone which comes with comfy couches that creates the perfect area for friends and family or a collab with our Sleepover Experience which comes with our beds with theme of choice. To make your Under The Stars Experience even more unforgettable, you can add on a Movie or Dining experience, for an extra special touch, choose from our exclusive add-ons such as our balloon garlands for an extra WOW factor!

What’s included

Our Under The Stars Experience takes place inside our spacious tents, styled to your needs and includes: 

  • Our expansive bell tent (requires 22-24ft cleared area for staking)

  • 16ft Diameter/209s ft interior space 

  • 10ft high at center/5’6” entrance height 

  • Customized memory foam beds ( not air beds) or array of couches and soft floor cushions. Please choose between Relax Zone or Sleepover.

  • Bedding sheets & ultra plush blankets

  • Your choice of themed cushions and accents 

  • Lanterns (Battery Operated)

  • Decorative garland and fairy Lights 

* Guests bring their own sleeping pillow for hygiene reasons.

Our standard under the Stars can be set up is for up to 5 guests sleeping.

Additional guests? Number per person we can expand the experience for up to 8 guests

Pricing & Delivery:

  • $900 for grass staking & $1000 for hard surface/artificial turf staking 

  • We deliver across Dallas and Fort Worth areas (and beyond) inclusive delivery, setup and styling, pack down and collect the next day.

We accept Cash, CashApp, ApplePay and all major credit cards,(3% card processing fee applies.) 50% deposit required at time of booking with remaining payment due 14 days before event date.
