Q: How does it all work and what areas do you service?

A: We proudly offer our luxury party rental services across Dallas, Frisco and Fort Worth and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area. We deliver, setup and style everything on the day of your event, then return to pickup the next day at the agreed time. So you can relax and enjoy your celebration with your family and friends without having to worry about a thing!

 

Q: What if the weather turns bad?

A: Your safety and comfort are our priority. If inclement weather is forecasted, we will work with you to reschedule your event or move it to an indoor location if possible. We closely monitor the weather leading-up to your event and will inform you if there is a chance of an extreme weather that could impact your event! We communicate closely with you throughout the process and help keep you and your guest safe!

Q: How and When should I book?

A: Booking is easy. Simply fill out our inquiring form with your desired experience and date. We will send you a personalized quote. Bookings require a 50% deposit, that will guarantee your date and setup. A final payment is due 1 week before the event. We recommend booking 4 weeks in advance to ensure availability. However, we can accommodate last minute bookings when possible.

Q: Need to cancel or postpone?

A: Things happen! We understand. If you need to cancel or change date you must notify us 48 hours prior. A change of date is based on availability and NO refunds are guaranteed but a credit will be available for usage at a new desirable time.

Q: How much space do I need?

A: For our big outdoor tent, "UNDER THE STAR EXPERIENCE", we require 22 - 24 sp.ft. area experience for stacking and setup. Our kids sleep over tents “SLEEP OVER EXPERIENCE" will require 6ft depth and 3ft with width for each tents. We can arrange creative configurations such as semi-circle, aisles and/or line up; based on your available area.
